Account Deletion
PLAYR players can request account deletion in the app or from this page. This web path is available even if you cannot open the app.
Request Deletion By Email
Send a request from the email address connected to your PLAYR account when possible. Include your PLAYR account email, display name, and a short note confirming that you want account deletion.

In the PLAYR app, go to Settings, then Privacy & Permissions, then Delete Account Request. The in-app request securely records the account details support needs to process deletion.
What PLAYR Deletes
After verifying the request, PLAYR support will delete or de-identify account data where possible, including:
- Account profile details and settings.
- Cards, saved drafts, generated images, uploaded card photos, and collection records tied only to your account.
- Nearby presence, support records, problem reports, and privacy request records where deletion is allowed.
- Trade, challenge, purchase, and print records where deletion does not conflict with safety, fraud, legal, payment, dispute, or collectible integrity requirements.
What May Be Retained
PLAYR may retain limited records when needed for legal obligations, safety reviews, fraud prevention, payment or tax records, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, app security, or verified collectible and trade integrity.
Timing
PLAYR will acknowledge deletion requests as soon as practical and aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless more time is needed for verification, legal, safety, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.
