User Content Policy
PLAYR lets players create card photos, names, bios, stats, badges, collections, trades, comments, support messages, and reports. This policy explains content rules and moderation choices.
Allowed Content
Upload or create content only when you have permission to use it and when it is appropriate for a youth sports collectible app. Youth athlete photos should have parent or guardian permission.
Not Allowed
- Private, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, threatening, harassing, or unsafe content.
- Content that impersonates someone, misrepresents stats or identity, or violates another person's rights.
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or team/league content you do not have permission to use.
- Content that promotes gambling, wagering, illegal activity, self-harm, abuse, or dangerous behavior.
Moderation
PLAYR may review, reject, remove, restrict, preserve, or disable content and uploads. PLAYR may also limit app features, suspend accounts, block terms, or require review when content creates safety, legal, fraud, dispute, platform, or collectible-integrity concerns.
Reporting
Report problematic cards, photos, users, trades, or other content from the app support/report flows or by emailing info@playrcards.com. Include the account email, card or trade details, screenshots if relevant, and a short description of the concern.
Appeals And Support
If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, contact support. PLAYR may request more detail before making a final decision.
