How We Use Information
PLAYR uses information to run accounts, mint and render cards, maintain verified collectible records, process trades and purchases, provide support, improve app features, prevent fraud or abuse, preserve safety, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Sharing
PLAYR may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, storage, authentication, app stores, purchase services, support tools, analytics, moderation, and security providers. PLAYR may also share information when you choose to make content public, trade with another player, submit a support request, or when disclosure is required for safety, legal, fraud prevention, dispute, or platform review reasons.
Photos, Cards, And User Content
Players are responsible for the photos, names, stats, and other content they upload or mint. Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it. PLAYR may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content when needed for safety, support, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or verified collectible integrity.
Youth And Guardian Controls
PLAYR is built for youth sports communities and should be used with parent or guardian involvement when a player is under the age of majority. PLAYR is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 13. A parent or guardian can contact PLAYR to review, correct, or request deletion of a child's information.
Your Choices
You can manage device permissions, nearby sharing, notification settings, card visibility, and account settings in the app. You can also request account or data deletion through the public Account Deletion page or by contacting PLAYR support.
Retention
PLAYR keeps information as long as needed to provide the app, support accounts, maintain collectible and trade records, meet legal or platform obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect users. Some limited records may be retained after deletion when required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute, tax, payment, or verified collectible integrity reasons.
Security
PLAYR uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and app data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so players should protect their sign-in credentials and report suspected account issues promptly.
Changes
PLAYR may update this policy as features, vendors, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
