Terms of Use
These terms govern use of PLAYR Cards, including digital card creation, collections, trades, challenges, drops, purchases, printing, and user content. By using PLAYR, you agree to use the app safely, lawfully, and respectfully.
Accounts
Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Activity from your account may be treated as activity you authorized unless unauthorized access is promptly reported.
Youth Use
PLAYR is built for youth sports communities and should be used with parent or guardian involvement when a player is under the age of majority. PLAYR is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 13.
Card Content
Only upload photos, names, stats, logos, and other content you have permission to use. Do not upload private, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, infringing, or unsafe content. PLAYR may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content as described in the UGC Policy.
Collectibles, Trades, And Printing
PLAYR digital cards, serials, drops, trades, and printed previews are app experiences and collectibles. Do not misrepresent card ownership, edition status, player identity, stats, trade terms, or purchase status. PLAYR may preserve limited records needed for collectible integrity, safety, fraud prevention, support, and dispute review.
Purchases
Paid features, subscriptions, mint credits, trade credits, boosts, and print-related products may be processed by app stores or payment providers. Product availability, pricing, taxes, refunds, subscription management, and cancellation may be governed by the applicable store or payment provider terms.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or endanger another person.
- Do not attempt to cheat drops, trades, challenges, purchases, referrals, serials, or app limits.
- Do not scrape, attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse PLAYR systems.
- Do not use PLAYR for gambling, wagering, real-money resale marketplace activity, or illegal activity.
Changes And Availability
PLAYR may update features, pricing, policies, safety rules, app controls, or these terms as the product evolves or as legal and platform requirements change.
